Please ENSURE your commercial vendor or supplier provides us with a Certificate of Liability Insurance with limits provided on pages two through four of your contract. Please also make sure they put your event date on a cover sheet. Failure to do this may affect your event. Feel free to ask us about preferred vendors who already have this information on file with us. Please Email, Fax or Mail it to the address above.


Cleaning Rules:
Please note the following guidelines for use of the Prep Room and distribute to the correct individual for your event, rules are also posted in Prep Room:
  • Wipe up all food and spills from the wall and cabinets.
  • Wipe down all cabinets with disinfectant( In cabinet above sink)
  • Wipe down refrigerator.
  • Sweep floors (Broom is in LH cabinet)
  • Mop any spills (Mop & Bucket in Prep Room)
  • Empty food from metal trap under triple sink into garbage.
  • Empty garbage bags from can and put into wheeled trash bins(Behind Building)
  • All garbage must be bagged and tied before placing into trash bins.
  • Extra garbage bags are in drawer on right side of sink.
  • NO LOOSE GARABAGE ALLOWED IN TRASH BINS!
  • DO NOT dump ice in any flower bed ( can be dumped behind building over the wall)


Decorating Rules:
Please note the following Decorating Rules and distribute to the correct individual for your event, rules are also posted in Prep Room:
  • Using attachments such as, tape, nails, tacks, staples, glue, hot glue, or other adhesives is STRICTLY forbidden for use on the facility property.(i.e. walls, glass, floors, doors, shelving, rock fixtures, etc.
  • No rice, party poppers, confetti, silk petals, sparklers (fireworks), birdseed, etc. Please check with Event Coordinator.
  • It is allowed to use lightweight cording to tie materials to facility structure. Do not attach to light fixtures.
  • All materials must be removed upon cleanup.
  • Outside signage limited to 2 free standing directional signs (22 x 26.5) and cannot be attached to anything.

Parking options (Parking Fees only apply from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend):
Have us tally your guests parking and invoice you for the charges, (which will be due upon receipt of invoice) OR have your guests pay for their own parking.
