Independent wedding & event venues
Fill your calendar with qualified tours.
Inside your own Meta account, VenueViz runs approved ads, responds to inquiries, screens prospects, and manages qualified tour bookings in slots you offer.
Billing
You pay VenueViz only for Qualified Tour Bookings.
A worked example.
In an illustrative month with five tour requests:
- Eligible QTBs 4 on the statement
- Unconfirmed 1 not eligible
Your monthly statement shows four eligible QTBs. VenueViz groups them into one monthly charge after their dispute windows close. It does not charge per booking.
An unconfirmed request is not billed. If it later confirms as a QTB, it follows the normal notice and dispute-window rules; nothing is backdated.
You hear the rate on the call before you sign. Founding Four only: qualified-tour billing is capped at three eligible QTBs confirmed during the calendar month in which service starts. Excluded QTBs do not carry forward, and the cap does not apply later. Standard qualified-tour billing is not capped.
The ad budget is separate and it is yours: you set the amount and fund it in your own account, from the day the ads go live.
What makes a tour qualified
- A prospect from a VenueViz-managed campaign, with verified contact details.
- A plausible date and a guest count your venue can host.
- A confirmed, in-person visit in a slot you offered. Virtual tours don't count.
Billing follows the confirmation. A later cancellation, reschedule, or no-show doesn't erase a booking that happened: the work was finding the prospect and getting them onto your calendar, and that part is done.
And it cuts both ways: if a booking doesn't meet those criteria, it isn't a qualified tour and it is never billed.
If no qualified tours become eligible for billing for the month, your monthly summary shows no qualified-tour charge. VenueViz creates no service invoice and makes no service charge.

The process
From campaign approval to a qualified tour, in three steps.
Share open dates and approved facts
You provide open dates, tour slots, venue facts, and approved media. VenueViz builds the campaign in your Meta account and launches it only after your approval.
Inquiry response and screening
VenueViz responds with venue-approved information and screens prospects against the agreed date, capacity, contact, interest, and tour criteria.
A qualified tour is confirmed
When a screened prospect confirms an in-person visit in a slot you offered, VenueViz records the QTB and sends the booking notice. Billing eligibility starts only after the dispute window closes.
Fit
Who this is for
Worth your time if
- You own or manage an independent US wedding or event venue, and you're the one who decides.
- You have open dates in the next 6 to 12 months that you want to market.
- You can host prospects for an in-person tour.
- You have a Meta ad account, or you're happy to open one. It stays yours.
Not worth your time if
- You want a directory listing or a batch of shared leads.
- Your calendar is already full for the season.
- You want someone to run ads you never see, on an account you don't own.
There is no minimum term, and if we ever part ways, your ad account, the pixel, and the audience stay with you.
Book 15 minutesThe alternatives
We manage the path from inquiry to a qualified tour booking.
- Directories
- Offer visibility and inquiries. You handle qualification and booking.
- Agencies
- Usually charge a retainer for a broader package of work.
- VenueViz

The founder
One person, and a straight deal.
I spent six years running a family estate, and I kept paying for reports when what I needed was people at the gate.
VenueViz is the service I could not find. You keep the slots open and answer what only you can answer. The next thing you do is show someone the barn.
I answer my own phone. If your Saturdays are sitting open, book fifteen minutes. Worst case, you leave with a clear fit decision and next step.

Let's talk through your open dates.
Fifteen minutes, founder to owner. I'll ask about your calendar and explain the process and billing terms.
Already applied through Instagram? Nothing to do twice. You'll hear from me the same business day.
You'll pick a time on the next screen. Nothing is charged to book a call.
