The public site is deliberately simple.
This website does not run forms, set cookies, or place ad-tracking pixels. The pages are here so venue owners can understand the offer and decide whether to book a call. VenueViz does advertise on Instagram and Facebook, and those ads carry a lead form hosted by Meta rather than by this site — that form is covered below.
What may be handled
If you email Andrew or book a call, you choose to share contact details such as your name, email address, venue name, and anything you write in the message or booking notes.
If you submit the VenueViz lead form attached to an Instagram or Facebook ad, you share your name, email address, venue name, and your answers to the form's multiple-choice questions. Meta hosts that form and keeps its own copy of what you submit under its own terms; VenueViz retrieves the responses from Meta's Leads Center.
The booking page at venueviz.com/call is hosted by LeadConnector/GoHighLevel and may use its own cookies or privacy terms. Email to andrew@venueviz.com is forwarded by ImprovMX to a private mailbox. Those services process the information needed to deliver email and scheduling.
Like most hosted websites, VenueViz's hosting provider may process basic technical data such as IP address, browser details, and request time for security, diagnostics, and delivery.

VenueViz does not sell personal information.
