The public site is deliberately simple.

This website runs no forms. It uses Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement tags, and Meta measurement (the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, described below). The Google tags set cookies to count visits, pages viewed, scrolling, outbound clicks, clicks on the booking button, and clicks on the email links, and to attribute a booking-button click to a Google ad. Google receives technical data such as IP address, browser details, and the pages you view, under Google's privacy policy. You can opt out through Google Ads Settings and the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The pages are here so venue owners can understand the offer and decide whether to book a call. VenueViz may advertise on Google, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Meta and TikTok ads can carry lead forms hosted by those platforms rather than by this site. Those forms are covered below.

What may be handled

If you email Andrew or book a call, you choose to share contact details such as your name, email address, phone number, venue name, and anything you write in the message or booking notes.

If you submit a VenueViz lead form attached to an Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok ad, you share your name, email address, phone number, venue name, and your answers to the form's questions. Meta or TikTok hosts the form and keeps its own copy of what you submit under its own terms. VenueViz receives Meta and TikTok lead-form responses through each platform's authorized integration to VenueViz's lead-management system, LeadConnector/GoHighLevel.

The booking page at venueviz.com/call is hosted by LeadConnector/GoHighLevel and may set its own cookies. LeadConnector/GoHighLevel receives those lead-form responses for lead follow-up and call scheduling. Email to andrew@venueviz.com is forwarded by ImprovMX to a private mailbox. These services process the information needed to deliver email, scheduling, and lead management.

Booking links carry labels identifying the page and button you used. If you arrive through a tagged campaign link, the site carries the supported Google click identifiers and campaign labels through its page links to the booking page at LeadConnector/GoHighLevel. These references help identify the source of an inquiry. The Google tags on this site may store them in cookies and send a conversion event to Google when you click the booking button.

Like most hosted websites, VenueViz's hosting provider may process basic technical data such as IP address, browser details, and request time for security, diagnostics, and delivery.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Turning them off may stop parts of the site working.

This site links to services run by other companies, including Google and LeadConnector/GoHighLevel. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we suggest you read their own policies.

Meta Pixel and Conversions API

This site uses the Meta Pixel in your browser and Meta's Conversions API from VenueViz's own server to measure which Facebook and Instagram ads lead to visits and booked calls. Meta receives an event when you view a page, tap a phone, text or email link, submit the booking form, or book a call. Each event carries technical data such as your IP address, browser details and the page you were on, and Meta handles it under Meta's privacy policy. Meta may also use this event data for its own purposes, including ad targeting and measurement, under Meta's Business Tools Terms.

Advanced matching: when you enter your details in the booking calendar, this site passes your email address and name to Meta as hashed values (a one-way scrambled code, not the readable detail) so Meta can match the booking to an account. Your browser sends the readable details only to VenueViz's own server over an encrypted connection. The server hashes them before anything goes to Meta, and does not store or log them.

Cookies: the Meta Pixel sets _fbp, a browser identifier. If you arrive from a Facebook or Instagram ad, this site also stores _fbc, which holds the ad-click identifier from the link, for up to 90 days. mt_vid is a random visitor identifier that VenueViz sets so its own events and Meta's can be matched, for up to 400 days. mt_cid holds the booking calendar's contact identifier after you submit the form, for up to 400 days. All four are set on venueviz.com and you can clear them in your browser settings.

The booking calendar is provided by LeadConnector/GoHighLevel. It can keep the details you enter in your browser's localStorage so its forms can fill in again, and this site reads that entry to report a booking. Clearing your browser's site data removes it.

Your choices: this site honors the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser sends it, the Meta Pixel and Conversions API do not run and this site sets none of these four cookies. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info and manage the ads Meta shows you in your Meta ad preferences.

VenueViz does not sell personal information.

Text messages

If you separately agree to receive text messages from VenueViz, a brand of 1582636 B.C. LTD., we may text you about your inquiry and the calls you book with us, including confirmations, reminders, rescheduling updates and replies to your questions. You opt in on a VenueViz web form, using a text-message checkbox that is separate from every other question and stays unticked until you tick it. Providing a phone number or booking a call does not by itself enroll you in text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of booking a call.

You must be 18 or older to enroll in the VenueViz text-message program. We keep a timestamped record of every opt-in and every opt-out, and we handle text messages under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the CTIA guidelines.

Message frequency varies, and we send no more than 3 messages a week. Message and data rates may apply, both for messages we send you and for messages you send us. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

You can stop at any time. Reply STOP to the number that texted you. You will get one confirmation message, and after that we send nothing further. To rejoin, opt in again the way you did the first time. Reply HELP for help, or email andrew@venueviz.com or call 888-844-8987.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The program works with all major United States wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers. See our Text-message terms.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell mobile numbers or text-message consent. Service providers, including LeadConnector/GoHighLevel and phone carriers, process only the information needed to deliver the messages you asked for.

Data security

We use authenticated accounts and access controls in our email, scheduling and lead-management systems to help protect personal information. Access is limited to the people and service providers who need it to handle inquiries, calls and messages. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Your choices

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, ask how it is used, and withdraw your consent to future contact at any time. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Ask by email to stop emails. Email andrew@venueviz.com for any of these, and you may also complain to the privacy regulator where you live.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top. If a change materially affects how your information is handled, this page will say so.
