Questions before we talk
Clear answers for venue owners.
The tour process, the review, and what happens when you get in touch.
Who is VenueViz for?
VenueViz works with independent wedding and event venues in the United States. The tour-campaign service is for venues that are open, booking events and able to host in-person tours. Full-service marketing covers a separate agreed scope of marketing work.
What does a venue tour campaign include?
We build and run approved Facebook and Instagram campaigns in your Meta account, reply using your approved information, screen inquiries, and manage qualified tour bookings in slots you offer. You host the tours.
What makes a tour qualified?
We check the agreed date, guest-count, contact, interest and tour criteria. The prospect must come through your VenueViz campaign and confirm an in-person visit in a slot you offered. A date or guest count your venue cannot host, an unconfirmed request and a virtual tour are not billed.
What do I pay VenueViz?
The tour-campaign service is pay per qualified tour. We discuss the rate on your call before you decide whether to sign. The ad budget is separate and funded directly in your own Meta account.
When is a tour billed?
A qualified tour becomes billable when the prospect confirms an in-person visit in a slot you offered. Later cancellations, reschedules and no-shows remain billable.
When is payment collected?
You receive a booking notice and a window to dispute each tour. Eligible tours enter one monthly statement after their dispute windows close. Payment is collected monthly, rather than after each booking.
What happens in a month with no qualified tours?
You receive a no-charge summary. There is no invoice or VenueViz charge for that month. Your separately funded ad spend still follows the budget you approved.
Who owns the accounts and records?
You keep your ad account and lead records. Campaigns run in your Meta account, at an ad budget you approve. VenueViz uses the venue details, available tour slots and approved photos you provide.
What is the free Venue Fit Review?
Send your venue website or public Instagram page, city and state, whether you are open and booking events, the dates you want to book and an optional question. Andrew replies by email with three observations and one practical next step. See the example and request a review.
Do I need a call to get the review?
No. The review comes by email. You can use it and decide whether you want to discuss working together afterwards.
What happens on the introduction call?
Choose a time for a 15-minute phone call with Andrew. You can discuss your venue, the work you need, the process and pricing. No payment is needed to book. Book 15 minutes.
What if I need broader marketing help?
Full-service marketing can cover ads, local listings, website work and day-to-day marketing. We agree the work and monthly limits before starting. Scope and terms are agreed privately, in writing.
